Executive Coaching
We work with leaders and senior managers to identify areas of
strength and opportunities for improvement in management style,
interpersonal skills and behaviors. We analyze the management and
leadership skills of the coachee, learn about the culture of the
organization and gain insights from those working closely with the
coachee. We use the 360° review and behavioral testing to provide
additional input. The outcomes enable coachees to manage more
effectively and work more effectively with colleagues at every
level.
Testing
tools
Performance Solutions uses behavioral testing as essential input to
the coaching process. We use DISC and a variety of other tools to
provide essential insights into the coachee’s behavioral
characteristics. Use of these tools for candidate testing also
facilitates hiring decisions and is part of ensuring your
organization hires the right talent form the start.
