- Each objective is weighted to enable weighted ratings when

functional group are evaluated.
- The overall performance rating may be used for merit
increases to base salary and payouts under the incentive plan.
- The Professional Development Plan for the employee is then
completed with specific action steps.
System Capabilities:
- The objective setting worksheet is directly linked to the
performance evaluation summary.
- Core competency templates are available and can be
customized to reflect your competency requirements.
- The rating scale is flexible (1 – 10, 1 – 5, etc.) and
provides narrative explanations of your rating system.
- Conversion formulae are available to convert % to plan to
the rating scale.
- The evaluation can be conducted semi-annually or quarterly
with data stored for subsequent review.
- And you can keep it as simple as you like!
Important Features:
- Quantitative data can be consolidated to roll up to total
performance for progressively higher levels of manager (e.g.
from salesperson to regional manager to VP Sales).
- Financial or quantitative data can be uploaded to provide
the data required to measure and evaluate performance.

additional input from other managers or co-workers for the
performance evaluation.
