System Capabilities:

  • The objective setting worksheet is directly linked to the performance evaluation summary.
  • Core competency templates are available and can be customized to reflect your competency requirements.
  • The rating scale is flexible (1 – 10, 1 – 5, etc.) and provides narrative explanations of your rating system.
  • Conversion formulae are available to convert % to plan to the rating scale.
  • The evaluation can be conducted semi-annually or quarterly with data stored for subsequent review.

  • Quantitative data can be consolidated to roll up to total performance for progressively higher levels of manager (e.g. from salesperson to regional manager to VP Sales).
